• We use your email address only to send Taajama Online invites and communication related to your invite request.

• If no invite is sent or an invite is not redeemed, the data is deleted within 3 months at the latest.

In connection with an invite request we may collect the following data:

• email address
• an optional name or alias
• the time of the invite request
• technical log data to ensure the security of the service

What is the data used for?

The data is used only for:

• sending Taajama Online invites
• processing invite requests
• ensuring the security and functionality of the service

The data is not used for separate marketing without the user's explicit consent.

Data retention

Data related to invite requests is kept only as long as its processing is necessary.

Unredeemed invites and unprocessed invite requests are deleted from the register within 3 months at the latest.

Data location

The servers of the Taajama Online service are located in Finland.

Data related to invite requests is stored and processed on servers located in Finland.

Disclosure of data

The data is not sold, rented or disclosed to third parties.

Data may be disclosed to authorities only where required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• review the data stored about you
• request the correction of incorrect data
• request the deletion of data

You can prevent tracking from the cookie banner, via your browser settings or privacy-protecting add-ons.

This privacy notice may be updated as the service evolves. The latest version is always published in the Taajama Online service.
